Just yesterday, I received an advance copy of “Separate Paths Together”, Grapefruit’s excellent new three-disc anthology of British
male singer/songwriters between 1965 and1975.
This is a truly superb set,
featuring such luminaries as Donovan, Richard Thompson, Ralph McTell, Gilbert O’Sullivan,
Leo Sayer, Peter Skellern and several dozen others including, I’m proud to say,
my good self. On this box set, they’ve included Beau’s “There Once Was A Time”
from 1971’s “Creation”.
Let’s chuck in a few more names; Gerry Rafferty, Mike
Heron, John Martyn, Bert Jansch, Dave Cousins, Wizz Jones, they keep on coming!
Great booklet too!
“Separate Paths Together” is released to the world on 30th
July – don’t miss out!
