I never kept a note of the exact date “1917 Revolution” (and John Peel’s Dandelion label) were launched on the world back in 1969. 

Thankfully, oldiesproject has recently been streaming the song and has published that very important info! And it was – Friday 18^th July. Records were always released on a Friday back in the day.
