"Silence Returns" and "Psychedelic Archives - Folk Rock #1"

I've just been tipped off about a bootleg tape from years back featuring "Silence Returns". This one was called "Psychedelic Archives - Folk Rock #1" on the Strange Things label.

Anyone ever seen this?
