Unfortunately, the issue is now completely SOLD OUT, and if precedent is anything to go by, FdM won't be re-pressing.
If you're desperate, you can email andy@fruitsdemerrecords.com and he'll see if any of their stockists have an odd copy left. It's just possible, but don't count on it.
Meantime, have a great Christmas, and if you're getting the Annual as a stocking-filler, enjoy it on the day!
